Still gonna be slow around here...
Giving a race tire data seminar in Florida tomorrow of all things.. then catching up on a million agenda items when I'm back. Sadly the racecar side project has taken a back seat to the whole day job thing...
I couldn't track down your contact details, but wanted to ask if I could have your permission to use some imagery from your blog to help illustrate my dissertaion, in particular i'm liking the entire view of your vehicle design a few pages back as a cover. I'm not trying to claim your work as my own, just use your imagery as a cover page
unfortunately i'm not far enough along with the complete design of the vehicle to use my own CAD drawings and would prefer yours to my Optimum K layouts. please respond to foxonfirehere (at) gmail.com with a yes or no if you get this message in time(hand in Friday... bit late i know)

Tom, I think we're all starting to have withdrawal symptoms as a result of a lack of your posts! How are you getting on?
Yeaa I gotta get better with this. Also, sorry I didn't get back to you in time, Charles!
I'm currently off testing tires... won't be back home for 2 weeks. Perhaps when I get back.
Hi Tom,
Have you played with any of the car /racing sims (LFS (Live for Speed), Iracing, rFactor, Torcs .. others?
If so, a blog post or two on how realistic / creating cars in any of them would be a good read.
Mike
Oh, and how goes the F1000 project ?
